Draft Xtreme's Early Look At The Top Division III Seniors

by NGL Personnel

Ithaca College Receiver Will Gladney

JACKSONVILLE, FL- For the fourth consecutive year no NCAA Division III football player was selected in the NFL draft. As a the non-athletic scholarship division of college football many successful football players have come through the division. As many as six players from Division III have signed NFL free agent contracts over the weekend. Although those numbers may not be too impressive to fans of the University of Alabama it does verify professional football players may be found at this level. NFL wide receiver Pierre Garcon is the most recent notable ambassador for the division having long-term success at the NFL level. This fall the division is stocked full of pro football talent and we have no doubt the draft drought will end next spring. In addition, many NGL ballclubs would be just as wise to put many of this year's seniors on their prospect list.
